Transformational Breath

Transformational Breath® is a breathing technique that helps to maximize your breathing capacity. In fact, this means that your body relaxes in such a way that the flow of breathing has the space to flow from the lower abdomen to high in the chest. We call this an open breathing.

Transformational Breath®  teaches a pattern of conscious breathing that is natural, safe and healthy and which can have many benefits, including increased energy, better immune response and increased ability to deal with stress in a healthy way. It can be used both curatively and preventively. By broadening your natural breathing, results are noticeable. It has been proven effective in burnout, hyperventilation, asthma, fatigue, insomnia, ADHD and addictions.

History

Dr. Judith Kravitz is a Breathwork pioneer. She is the co-creator of the Transformational Breath® process and the founder of the Transformational Breath® Foundation (established in 1994).

Dr. Judith Kravitz first experienced conscious breathwork in the mid-seventies through the breathing practice known as Rebirthing. She has integrated various principles from her doctoral studies in metaphysics, Kundalini Yoga, breath analysis, sound healing, body mapping plus other healing and spiritual principles into the most therapeutic Breathwork training system known today (Transformational Breath®)
